These modern executive homes were set in the grounds of a period  property that was completed first. With an eye for detail it was felt that the style should portray a sense of the original property and yet allow modern living to grasp the imagination of the buyer. Tiles used: Lodge Ink, Metallica Gold, Glass Brick Ivory, Keystone Stone.

This refurbishment  was drawn from a 1970’s house that  needed adapting in the Northamptonshire countryside. A major refit  allowed the builder to be creative and  use the local area as a base to design the interior  to a tactile and visual style which wows the end user. Tiles used: Vulcano Dark 640x230 Tiles, Alda Grey Tiles, Statuario Blanco 1200x600 Tiles.  

 

 

The Links Hotel, Llandudno

Project Summary
We played an important part in the refurbishment of Llandudno’s well-known golf and leisure hotel. We worked with the owners to create 16 designer bedrooms for their guests to enjoy. The tiles chosen were Ferarra Marron for the floors and Liso for the walls.

The Monaco is the latest design from Manor showcasing the concept of modern, sleek, minimalistic living. Manor has evolved to ensure it continues to meet and exceed the demands of a new generation of home owner. Vanguard Marfil Floor Tiles have been used in the kitchen with a splashback of Moon Series Silver Mosaic Tiles. In the bathroom, Vanguard wall and floor tiles have been used with their matching wave decor. Surrounding the bathtub is a focal block of Chromatic Silver Mosaic Tiles. 

 

 

The White House - 2017 Update

Project Summary 

This regency style build consists of classic wood effect porcelain floor and rustic metro  wall finish. This is the second year of revision to this home style that Manor Park have built. We have worked closely with the design team to create the desired look that makes this  a winner for both companies. In the kitchen, Vintage Rovere Tiles and Rustic Metro Tiles work together to create a regency styled scheme. In one bathroom, Sahara Blanco Tiles have been combined with Sahara Board Decor Tiles. In the walk-in shower, Sahara Tiles have been used in conjunction with a feature strip of Chromatic Silver Mosaic Tiles.

This project involved the refurbishment of the bar area. The brief was a modern looking tile with excellent anti slip properties. The geometric patterned  Provence Tile with its low slip potential in both wet and dry areas made it the ideal choice.

Project Summary
This 120,000 sq ft project in the heart of historic Manchester has created 171 studio and one-bedroom apartments. Walls and Floors, working alongside award winning international interior design team DesignAgency, transformed the existing bathrooms using 
300x100 Bricks White Wall Tile and Malmoe Hexagon Floor Tiles.

Project Summary
Working in partnership with NU LIving, we supplied all the tiles for their client Havering council on the 64 bed apartment phase 4 of this project in East London. Ranges used were the Dream 45 Tiles, and a combination of the Darwin Wall Tiles with Metropoli Floor Tiles throughout the whole project. The Safari Porcelain Tiles range was used in all communal areas.

Project Summary
Our specification team worked closely with the Design & Technical Manager at GLL to achieve a look in keeping with their spa brand and also fulfilled the technical properties required, specifically slip resistance. Our Traffik range was used through out the changing rooms and shower areas as it offers excellence slip resistance across a range of surface finishes. Wall areas were tiled with Doblo Grafit Polished 600x300 and colours from our extensive 300x100 Lucia range.

The Regis Court project saw the stunning re-development of the Nicholas King Homes former head offices into 8 unique homes from a one bedroom cottage to a four bed semi detached family home. Working closely with Nicholas King Homes we supplied all tiles on this project. One of the ranges used was Life Tiles.

Project Summary
Marco Pierre White is to open new an Italian cafe and restaurant in Birmingham, the Bardolino, which will open at The Cube in June 2016, will be the fourth eatery from the restaurateur. Walls and Floors were tasked by the designer  Luci Roper to offer tiles that would complement the Moroccan/Italian feel she wanted for the restaurant. Moments Mix fitted the bill perfectly.

Studio Lambert, which produces the hit Channel 4 show Tattoo Fixers, recently refreshed one of the tattoo studios featured in the programme. Our Vitreous Glass Lipari Mosaic Tiles were used to create a focal point in the studio of tattoo artists 'Sketch.'

Project Summary
Spinney Hill is a development of 3, 4 & 5 bedroom residences in Oakham. Being brand new homes in a sought after location, customers are allowed to have a big influence on all the fixtures and fittings. We worked closely with both the contractor  and directly with the buyers where necessary to ensure they get the tiles their investment deserves.
The buyers of Plot 2 chose Vintage 97 throughout their ground floor and bathroom floors.
They opted for the colour Bianco which gives a whitewashed wood effect, light, bright and simply stunning! The customer was delighted as they had the look they desired coupled with the durability of porcelain which is so important when pets and children share the home.

We supplied tiles to the RHS Hyde Hall using beautiful craquelle glazed effect tiles Liso Craquelle Marfil and Liso Craquelle Gris. In the main reception area, the Zenit Sand Tile was selected to enhance the wood being used in the building.
